Imbil is a terrific little town. You will find a local arts and crafts gallery, a nursery and some friendly little shops in town as well as the Railway Hotel. Very tender meats at the Butchers and good prices as well. Especially if you have just come from a regional centre. If you are just looking to pull up and revive, Robinson Park near the Yabba Creek Bridge is very pleasant with Kids play facilities. Named after Bert Robinson who was a real local legend. "There ia a museum of wonders" which we didn't get to visit but looks fascinating.
